The newspaper is published in the Rhine format with 350 × 510 mm.

In the past, the print plant has participated several times in the competition for membership of the International Color Quality Club. This year it carried out the QUIZ certification for the first time and successfully passed it.

The certification period ran from December 2017 to July 2018, during which time the East Westphalians demonstrated their ability to produce consistently in accordance with ISO standards in coldset offset.

The printing and mailroom systems were equipped in 2010, with Wifag presses being used.
